payment

-I only accept PayPal (€ - EURO)
-I do not make refunds after starting your commission unless I encountered some kind of issue and I can't continue with it.
-Payments must be made in FULL before I start the commission.
-Please be sure to have all required funds for your commission or the commission will be declined.

intelectual property rights

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
• Promote myself within any place or site.
• Publish artbooks/etc with using the piece.
• To display or post it where and whenever I like.

commercial use

Commercial Fees:
• BASIC: Additional 2x price for artwork that is used as game assets, promotional uses, song covers etc.
• FULL: Additional 3x price for artwork that will be sold as merchandise ex: pillows, prints, keychains, etc.Emotes & Sub badges are allowed for subscription-based profit on streaming platforms. They may not be resold or mass-distributed.

refund

-No refunds, but feel free to ask for revisions.
-If I cancel the commission, I will refund the commission.

revision

Maximum 5 free revisions of SKETCHES until submitted (not including linework or colored process), complete reworks of the commission will cost the amount of the original work.

use

Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You cannot use my commissions for merchandise or resale. You may pay to have rights of the design for commercial use and resale. Credit is still required for usage of the artwork.WITHOUT commercial purchase the CLIENT is allowed to:
• Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use.
• Print the art for themselves, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
• Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
• Do not redistribute my work on any site without my permission and without crediting me.
• Making my work into NFTs are prohibited.My artwork may NOT be used for AI purposes.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• If you redistribute the commissioned works without paying the release fees/royalty agreement, I reserve the right to decline future commissions and also blacklist you.

deadlines & delivery

The general turnaround time for delivery is 3/7 days.

rush order

-The rush order fees are an additional 50% of the total price.
-My current turn around time without rush order is 3/7 days (unless I have another commission before you).
-The turnaround time depends on how many commissions that I have (I will inform you if how many persons I have before you).
-Rushing your order will allow you to skip wait times and you will receive your work within some business days, depending on how many is ordered.´
-Rush priority is only available if I can meet it, so please confirm with me through DM if I can rush your commission.
